4 day week full time position in a Newport Beach plastic surgery office! Be part of a team of 5, working with a single surgeon. Both front and back office duties, with overall responsibility for the back office. Our primary focus is meeting the patient’s needs through quality care.
You must be comfortable and enthusiastic educating patients about the skincare products we carry and our aesthetic treatments from the non- invasive or minimally invasive treatments (such as lasers, RF microneedling, EMSculpt Neo, EMFace and injectables) to cosmetic surgery. The practice cares for aesthetic patients, reconstructive patients and skin cancers.
Back office duties include rooming patients, taking vital signs, cleaning exam rooms between patients, sterilizing instruments and delivering specimens across the street to Hoag Hospitals.
Good phone and email skills are required. You will be calling and emailing to inform patients about upcoming events, respond to website contacts, and follow up on aesthetic procedure quotes. Front office duties also include answering phones, and greeting patients, collecting payments, preparing charts, checking websites for authorizations and lab results, scanning documents and scheduling procedures and/or surgeries.
Experience preferred, but you must have either a science based degree or certification as a medical assistant. Competitive hourly rate. Upload your resume as a .pdf file.
