Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate MUST be familiar with coding ASC and Professional. ASC coding is a specialized field of medical coding that involves assigning codes to services performed at ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs

Duties:

• Translates patient care into standardized codes.
• Review patient records to extract diagnoses, procedures, and services provided.
• Using coding manuals or software, to assign the correct ICD, CPT, or HCPCS codes.
• Ensures accurate billing and maintains consistent medical records

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
- Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of ASC CODING
- Experience working in various medical settings
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Previous experience in medical administrative support roles
