A Full-Service Medical Group, with 16 locations, is looking for a bilingual Medical Biller. The position will expedite the claims processing for all daily generated superbills. The Medical Biller is responsible for accurately expedite claims for daily generated superbills.

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $18.00/hr. DOE

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM (Must be flexible, may require evening and weekends)

City: Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Provide superbills or any attachment (i.e., rebilling, HEDIS etc.)
• Create claims by entering daily super bills
• Generate and create various reports
• Assist in billing projects
• Track missing, pending or incomplete superbills
• Ensure accuracy of claims for payment (i.e., PM160, CMS 1500 etc.)
• Interact with insurance vendors

Requirements:

• Experienced Medical Biller from an accredited school
• Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT and ICD9
• Medical Billing certificate
• Experience w with Medi-Cal reimbursement guidelines is preferred
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• High School diploma
