Job Description:
Quality Health Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Medical Biller with at least one year of experience in billing for professional services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working independently while contributing to the success of the team. This role offers flexible working hours within a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process medical billing for professional services
• Submit and follow up on claims with insurance companies, ensuring prompt payment
• Review and verify patient data, insurance coverage, and billing codes
• Resolve billing discrepancies and address payment issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of billing and payment activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct and timely billing
• Stay current on healthcare regulations and insurance policies to ensure compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and insurance companies when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of medical billing experience (professional services)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible 8-hour shifts
