Title: Front Desk Clerk for Orthopedic Clinic

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team! You will assist in the Orthopedic practice at our Los Alamitos, CA. location. Primary Responsibility is to take care of front desk.

Medical Assistant Duties:

FRONT OFFICE

• Welcome patients, process patient intake forms and schedule appointments
• Complete full cycle patient registration which include: collecting insurance and identification documents, verifying patient eligibility, communicating fees, and collecting payments

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certificate
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
