Growing ASC in Temecula is seeking a Front Office/Check-in candidate that will be responsible for welcoming our patients with enthusiasm, a cheerful demeanor, and a helpful manner. They work very closely with the other team members and Doctors to ensure that each patient's visit runs as smoothly, efficiently, and pleasantly as possible.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Multi-line phone reception and physical greeting of patients and other incoming guest
- Utilization of multiple practice management software programs (E-Chart/Pathways), including electronic health records, demographics, insurance eligibility and authorization interfaces, patient contact management systems, basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.), various websites, and many other technologies necessary to run the business
- Demographic data management
- Insurance eligibility and authorization verification
The perfect candidate must be comfortable with technology and the internet, attentive to detail and data accuracy, a great team player with a ready smile and strong work ethic. Must be familiar with all insurance’s: Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMOs, and Workcomp.
This is a 24hrs/per week position (partial benefits included). Customer service experience preferred, but not required. We will train the candidate with the right attitude!
English and Spanish fluency highly desirable.'
