Full-time position Medical Receptionist position with medical office experience in our private concierge internal medicine practice in Newport Beach. We are a tightly knit practice with a family-like atmosphere. We work closely with major hospitals in the area including Hoag which is consistently ranked as the #1 hospital in Orange County. We are seeking a friendly energetic person to complement our team and assist in patient care. Your duties would include:

• Answering phone calls and taking detailed messages
• Scheduling appointments
• Greet patients, collect copays, and notify back office of arrivals
• Create a warm and welcoming presence in the office for patients
• Stocking and maintenance of the Office’s non-medical supplies

The Medical Receptionist will also be asked to step outside of your routine duties to meet unexpected challenges to patient care from time-to-time. We are deeply committed to the personal and professional development of our team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
