We are looking for a bi-lingual Aesthetic Medical Receptionist, to join our team!

Vista Family Health Center is a medical office located in Vista, Ca. We pride ourselves in providing our patients with the best service possible. Looking for someone to deliver exceptional customer service.

Typical work hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am-530pm & some days 10:30am-7pm. Plus every other Saturday (9am-2pm). Closed Sundays/Mondays.

Qualifications:

• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
• Must speak Spanish
• Excellent verbal, communication, phone and computer skills (Health Fusion EMR)
• Must maintain professional appearance
• Sales skills a plus
• Maintain 100 % of schedule full
• Must have Covid-19 vaccine

Responsibilities:

• Develop client relationship through efficient phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Answer incoming calls and Schedule appts
• Provide an exceptional experience by educating clients about products and/or treatment packages
• Assist with product inventory
• Maintain a polished professional image and positive attitude
• Handle payments
• Must enjoy selling medical grade products and packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
