Medical Receptionist _ Dermatology

Dermatology office in Los Alamitos is seeking an experienced Part-Time or Full-time Medical receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our practice.

Job Requirements include:

• Courteously and professionally greet patients
• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
• Communicate financial information, collecting payments
• Requesting authorization
• Prepare, file and scan charts
• Schedule appointments and surgeries
• Answer email inquiries
• Obtain and accurately record appropriate demographic, financial and/or referral information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
