Morning View Family Therapy provides therapeutic treatment services for depression, anxiety, stress, grief, ptsd, etc. for all age groups

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time in-person Billing Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing billing processes in a hybrid work environment, ensuring accurate patient information, payment tracking, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance benefits and audit patient accounts
• Confirm patient information and communicate coverage details with patients
• Monitor payments and account statuses
• Collaborate with the front office to resolve billing issues
• Ensure administrative and billing compliance with relevant regulations
• Collect patient responsibility payments
• Accounts receivables
• Checks and balances
• Work closely with our billing department
• QA for consent forms

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in billing, patient information management, and compliance
