Casa Capri Recovery, an all women's substance abuse treatment program, is looking for a full-time or part-time MFTT to conduct assessments, see clients one-on-one for individual sessions, and enter progress notes into electronic charting tool and run group therapy. Therapists work within a treatment team of counselors, case manages, psychiatrists and holistic providers. -10 client caseload max

Job Duties

• Conducts individual Therapy
• Provide skill building psycho-educational and/or support groups
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner as established by Casa Capri Recovery policy and procedures
• Assist in the assessment of needs for mental health, medical, and other supportive services
• Provides crisis intervention services when authorized and necessary
• Knowledge of drug and alcohol dependency, mental health, family systems and 12 step/recovery resources in the community
• Good writing skills which enable one to accurately chart client progress, medical necessity and interaction during contact
• Communicate clearly and assertively with clients and staff in order to maintain program structure
• Therapists are to attend weekly clinical program meetings and ongoing/continuous educational training on documentation to medical necessity. This will include mastery of ASAM criteria based on insurance based medical necessity criteria for all levels of care in continuum of care provided in agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
