Requirements:
— Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast pace environment
— Someone who can work independently with minimal supervision
— Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric to geriatric patients
— Have reliable form of transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record with no active violations
— Capability to research test information in accordance to specific labs instructions/requirements
— Must demonstrate superior customer focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients
— Must have over 2-3 years’ experience in clinical setting
— Someone who does not mind being on the road for a major part of their day, and can navigate through and or around the traffic
— Responsible for compliance with all processes including timekeeping, attendance and punctuality, vehicle safety and cleanliness, safety and OSHA requirements, proper handling and storage of all samples from the patient’s residence to the drop off point, and proper packing of specimens for shipment
Job Type: Full-Time 7:00 am- 3:30 pm (Please note, this job is paid at piece rate and not hourly. Phlebotomists are paid per draw, and receive .58 cents per mile driven. This begins at your home and ends at your last laboratory drop off.)
Veni Express provides a $500 sign on bonus once the 90 day performance evaluation is met.
