Duties:

• greet patients pre-testing glasses adjustments assisting in frame selections checking in and sending out lab orders assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance ensure patient information is accurate including billing information move patients through appointments as scheduled Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/ email schedule patient appointments collect co-pays and payment respond and comply to requests for information Ensure follow up appointments are scheduled Handle incoming and outgoing patient inquiries ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean safeguard patient privacy
