Job Summary


The Implementation Specialist drives successful completion of designated project plans within isolved HCM by analyzing the business needs of our clients to configure applications, and ensure project plans are properly prioritized and deadlines are enforced.


This person should be a problem-solver with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills to facilitate thorough and accurate conversions. In this role, you will drive outcomes across multiple teams, establish rapport with clients, set clear expectations and timeline, and tactfully address concerns throughout the planning and implementation phases.


The right candidate will also possess a high level of work ethic, passionate in learning new skills and knowledge, and thrive on identifying opportunities that improves the customer experience.

Location: Diamond Bar, California


Primary responsibilities for this position


  • Simultaneously manage multiple, and concurrent project plans in various stages and ensure timelines are being met to provide clients with a positive migration experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process and ongoing support.
  • Participate in data collection and documentation of client's business processes, reports, security groups and roles to configure relevant applications (Payroll, Onboarding, Time and Attendance, and Benefits).
    • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of our process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency and enhance the implementation process.
    • Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate as needed to ensure our clients' needs are met and the project plan schedule is maintained.
    • Establish regular working sessions with clients during the implementation and training phases to provide guidance and support.
    • Make recommendations, be consultative, guide our clients on best practices that maximize value and their return on investment.
    • Maintains product knowledge by consistently participating in continuing education.
    • Provide weekly and quarterly reports as required by the supervisor.


    Education, skills, and experience we value


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or business preferred, but not mandatory.
    • 2+ years of high-volume payroll processing experience preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Experience implementing SaaS software preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and programs, specifically Excel.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple, concurrent project deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
    • Proactive self-starter, detail-oriented, and results-driven with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively resolve and troubleshoot issues.
