job Summary

A Pharmacy Technician works and assist the pharmacist with daily operations. Their main role is to help prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately while providing customer service to patients.

They act as the bridge between customers, pharmacists, and insurance companies—keeping everything running smoothly and safely Key Responsibilities

• Prescription Processing
• Receive and input prescription orders
• Count, label, and package medications
• Customer Service
• Assist customers at the counter and drive-thru
• Answer basic medication or insurance questions (non-clinical)
• Insurance & Billing
• Process insurance claims
• Resolve coverage issues or rejections
• Inventory Management
• Stock shelves and monitor medication supplies
• Handle expired or recalled medications
• Compliance & Safety
• Follow pharmacy laws and regulations
• Maintain patient confidentiality Hippa compliable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
