Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:

• Accurately create and maintain patient profiles in the pharmacy electronic records system
• Enter prescription information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and other required data
• Communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams to obtain missing information when necessary
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient confidentiality
• Handle a high volume of data entry tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve patient profile or prescription issues

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician License required
• Experience entering prescriptions in a pharmacy setting required
• Previous experience in a pharmacy data intake role preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Pharmacy software (Digital/Etreby) and systems experience is a plus
• Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
