Description

• Under the direction of the area supervisor and mentor, perform daily activities of the Patient Service Center /Mobile/In-office Phlebotomy accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
• Phlebotomy Certification required; if in CA, then California Phlebotomy Technician Certification required.
• Training locations may vary based on trainer availability- up to 3 hours away.
• Must have at least 1 year previous phlebotomy experience, great customer service, and positive attitude and required California Phlebotomy State License
• Preferably 1 year experience in drawing all age patients, including pediatrics. Also, if candidate has customer service experience, this is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• in drawing all age patients, including pediatrics: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)
