Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a Phlebotomist Technician for our Arcadia location. This full-time position will require performing both routine and complex blood draw procedures, proper labeling and handling of samples, machine-based analysis and reporting, reviewing certain medical records, as well as maintenance of lab protocols and regulatory standards.

The role will involve working closely with other patient-facing teams including ultrasound, IVF laboratory, nursing, and administration. By handling patient flow and working efficiently, the phlebotomy and hormone lab team are a critical part of helping patients build the families of their dreams.

Qualifications:

• At least one year experience as a Phlebotomist, Phlebotomy Technician, Phlebotomy Laboratory Scientist or Laboratory Technician; alternative titles include Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technician
• California Phlebotomy License (CPT1) essential
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant science is optional but required for Lab Scientist position
• Experience in Hormone Assay, analysis, and/or familiarity with TOSOH equipment is a strong plus
• Training period to take place at our Irvine headquarters

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Potential for Saturday coverage in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
