Hours:
Wednesdays, 1:30pm – 4pm, for clinical staffing and supervision

Saturdays, 9am start. End time is flexible but generally 4pm.

Sundays, 9am – 4pm

Administrative and clinical activities necessary in the provision of admissions services for persons with substance use disorder entering withdrawal management and residential services. No supervisory responsibilities. Work hours are flexible during the week but weekends are the required primary hours.

JOB DUTIES
Plans and conducts individual, family and group counseling sessions as ordered on the Individualized Treatment Plan.
Provides crisis intervention as needed.
Assists with discharge planning with clients
Participates in scheduled agency clinical supervision and weekly staffing
Maintains up-to-date clinical service record documentation related to admission, assessment, crisis intervention, group activity, case management, and transition/discharge as required by agency and regulatory guidelines.
Participates in the ongoing development of counselor services and unit activities as discussed and assigned by unit manager.
Attends approved trainings related to substance use as required by the agency, licensure, certification, and/or assigned by unit manager.
Completes all assigned on-line trainings in a timely manner.
Remains current with monthly review of agency Policy & Procedure as provided by unit manager.
Performs other clinical/administrative duties as required or assigned.
Maintains current license and/or certification as outlined by licensure/certification agency.

Bachelor’s degree in human service area from accredited institution with successful completion of ADC process within 3 years of hire.
