Are you an RADT (Registered Alcohol/Drug Technician) or RAC (Registered Addiction Counselor) that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and their loved ones? RADT or RAC required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care and supervision to individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorder.
Drive company vehicles to facilitate patient transportation when necessary.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art electronic medical record system
Transport patients
. Facilitate patient activities to encourage engagement, personal growth, and positive behavioral change.

Collaborate with a cross-functional treatment team consisting of therapists, nurses, and doctors to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.
Assist with facility room checks and patient family visits to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Possess a strong understanding of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) principles and confidently discuss the twelve steps with patients when possible.*
Demonstrate a genuine passion for recovery and contribute to a positive, supportive treatment atmosphere.
Requirements:

Licensure: RADT or RAC
Experience in substance use disorder treatment is preferred.
Knowledge of the disease model of addiction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in an electronic medical record system.
