Ontario Refrigeration operates from 9 locations in the Western United States and has a 65-year track record of exceeding expectations.

Job Duties:

The Receptionist / Accounts Payable Assistant will perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Answering multiple phone lines and routing calls to correct personnel
  • Greeting guests
  • Sorting and distributing inter-office mail
  • Preparing outbound FedEx envelopes
  • Procuring office supplies for multiple offices
  • Assisting Accounts Payable with matching, coding, and entering invoices
  • Broad range of general office and administrative support tasks for various departments

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Dependable
  • High School diploma

Position is full-time and offers a competitive benefits package including:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
