Full Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist
Seven to 7 Physical & Hand Therapy is looking for a reliable and friendly front office administrator. This person must be professional both in person and over the phone. This person must be able to work M-F 9am – 6pm. This position is located in the Irvine office location.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments
- Fax, scan, and offer general front office help
- Verify insurance coverage and referrals
- Data Entry
- Effectively communicate between patients, referring physicians, and physical therapists.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience in medical field & insurances is plus, & customer experience skills are preferred
- Need to be extremely reliable
- Need to be able to handle a heavy call volume
- Spanish speaking a plus!
