We are looking for an experienced referral coordinator to join our growing team.This position offers the opportunity to help provide quality healthcare services to our patients and work collaboratively with a diverse group of medical professionals. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should be highly skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize and maintain medical records and other files at the office.
• Submit referrals/authorizations
• Schedule appointments
• Ensure that all patients are greeted promptly upon their arrival at the office.
• Answer phones
• Be proficient in the use of medical-related technologies including multiple computer programs.
• Organize personal health records (EMR)

PAY: based on experience $18 and up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

All patients and employees are required to wear masks. All patients must answer COVID related questions prior to booking appointment. COVID symptoms are telehealth visits to prevent exposure to staff/other patients

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• EMR systems: 2 years (Required)
• Vital signs: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
