Inland Psychiatric Medical Group, Inc. has been providing mental health services to the inland empire and beyond since 1992. We are looking for an independent, hard working individual who puts patient's first to fill an open Office Staff/Medical Assistant at our Riverside, CA Location.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with staff and providers
• Implementing quality care practices and resolving patient concerns
• Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and completing required documentation
• Updating provider scheduling logistics
• Verify billing codes and documentation
• General office work
• Occasionally covering for other Office Locations in the Inland Empire
• Giving injections to patients

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous medical office experience - Psychiatry office experience is a plus
• Confidence in use of Office programs such as Word or Excel is a plus
• Previous experience working with EHR systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
