Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This key role requires someone who is reliable, honest, organized, and skilled at both technical tasks and customer service. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support daily pharmacy operations, and help maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process prescriptions in compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to patients and healthcare providers
  • Coordinate workflow and assist in overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure safe, timely, and accurate dispensing of medications
  • Maintain accurate patient profiles and inventory using pharmacy software
  • Support and mentor other technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold pharmacy standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or state-licensed technician required - license must be active and current in the state of California.
  • Minimum 2+ years of retail or independent pharmacy experience (lead or senior technician experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven reliability, honesty, and dependability
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a detailed fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
