iBUYPOWER is actively seeking a detail-oriented and seasoned Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this dynamic role, the Staff Accountant will play a pivotal part in processing A/R and A/P invoices, credit card charges, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Daily responsibilities also involve managing online/wholesale order processing, conducting cash reconciliations, and addressing disputes promptly. Collaborating closely with the Accounting Supervisor and Director of Finance, the Staff Accountant will actively contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes. In addition, this role involves analyzing financial data to provide valuable suggestions and solutions, coordinating seamlessly with various departments, and undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor. The Staff Accountant will also engage in external collaborations with CPAs and Banks for the annual audit, contribute to special projects, and conduct periodic inventory counts.
Key Responsibilities
Process A/R and A/P invoices, credit card charges, and collections.
Responsible for online/wholesale daily order processing, cash reconciliation, and disputes.
Assist the Accounting Supervisor and Director of Finance.
Analyze financial data and provide suggestions/solutions.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or a related field is required
